Section II, B, 2, a.- add the entire paragraph under "Infantry Corps"
"Once created, an infantry Corps may never detach troops so that its size falls below 10 SP for the Union and 15 SP for the Confederacy. Battle attrition and disease may bring the Corps below these minimum thresholds, however, a team may not deliberately detach men from the Corps to reduce the size to below these levels."
Section II, B, 2, b.- add the entire paragraph under "Cavalry Corps"
"Once created, a cavalry Corps may never detach troops so that its size falls below 5 SP . Battle attrition and disease may bring a Corps below this minimum threshold, however, a team may not deliberately detach men from the Corps to reduce the size to below this level."
Existing units are grandfathered to this rule that are in violation of the new size thresholds. However, I would request that players make an effort to bring these "out-of-spec" units into compliance at a time when it does not adversely affect their operations.
